Our Seed of Melanin Learning Guides are electronic/digital products.  

Unlike our physical products, you're not able to return a PDF or other file once you've downloaded it. For that reason, all sales of our digital Learning Guides/resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

We realize that things happen, so we are willing to work with you in a  few limited circumstances. If your purchase falls into one of the exceptions listed below, please reach out to us and we can offer a promotional code for a replacement Learning Guide.

These such requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

 

• Damaged Learning Guide File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content.
• Duplicate Purchase— You purchased a Learning Guide twice accidentally within one year of the original purchase.
